Mehdi Maghsoodnia is the Chairman and CEO of Vitagene. Maghsoodnia brings over 20 years of experience in executive management at public and private companies and had built several technology companies. Previously Maghsoodnia was CEO of Rafter, SVP of CafePress, Intellisync and Actiance.

Maghsoodnia is an angel investor and has been an Entrepreneur in Residence at Trinity Ventures and Mohr Davidow Ventures. Maghsoodnia is Executive Chairman of SpineZone and Director of Bouju. Maghsoodnia has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley, and has done graduate level studies in computer science at Stanford University.
