Ross Parker is the Head of Data Governance and Privacy Compliance for S&P Global Inc. Ross currently resides in Charlottesville, Virginia and, when not working, enjoys skiing, playing music, and spending time with his two daughters

Mr Wilson worked for over a decade for Litton Industries, a $5bn technology company, in a number of technical, legal, and executive positions, including chief IP counsel. Mr Wilson has a BS in electrical engineering from UC Berkeley and a law degree from UC Hastings College of the Law.

Just 22% of registered patent attorneys and patent agents are women, and only 6.5% are racially diverse according to data from the ABA. And just 1.7% of registered patent attorneys and patent agents are racially diverse women.

Great talent and people exist everywhere but too often opportunity does not. Experts will explore the DEI initiatives and programs making a difference – and the results they are bringing.
