Selim Ucer
Selim Ucer is the Co-founder of the leading Agritech company, Doktar, which provides digitalization, sustainability, and yield optimization solutions by leveraging emerging technologies such as remote sensing, the Internet of Things (IoT), machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Doktar’s products are utilized by over 500,000 farmers and hundreds of companies.
Prior to founding Doktar, Selim Ucer served as a management consultant and digital transformation expert, leading operations in the EMEA region for Peppers & Rogers Group.
His primary expertise lies in assisting organizations in developing strategies for sustainable growth and profitability. Additionally, he possesses extensive experience in designing new digital products and forming analytical platforms to implement established strategies and tactics.
Selim has been a keynote speaker at various global and regional seminars and conferences focusing on strategic management and digital strategy. He also serves as an adjunct Professor of Digital Strategy in Istanbul Bilgi University’s MBA program.
He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Bogazici University, an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics, and BA degrees in Management and Economics from Bogazici University.

Banu is the Head of Sustainability at Nestlé Turkey, leading the end to end Creating Shared Value agenda across the market. She is responsible for shaping and driving the market’s ESG strategy, with a focus on Net Zero Roadmap, circularity, regenerative agriculture, and social impact. Throughout her 14-year journey at Nestlé, she built a multidisciplinary background across marketing, sales and corporate communications while she consistently pursued her passion for sustainability. Leading Nespresso’s B-Corp certification journey at market level became a defining moment leading her to transition into sustainability where she works for leveraging her business background to drive long term value for the environment, society and future generations.
